Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 17 June 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, digital content, and software applications purchased through PDA – Practical Data Academy, operated by Deepu Corporation. We aim to be fair and transparent about refunds for digital products.
1. Nature of Our Products
We sell digital goods and services — online courses, learning content, and software applications — which are delivered electronically and grant immediate access upon purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is raised within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original purchase date; and
- You have consumed less than 25% of the course content (lessons/modules accessed); and
- The request is not based on reasons we deem to be misuse (e.g., having already downloaded materials where permitted).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted where:
- The 7-day window has elapsed; or
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed/completed; or
- The product is a software application/licence that has already been delivered or activated; or
- A certificate has already been issued; or
- The request arises from a change of mind after substantial use, or from failure to meet personal expectations of outcome.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email practicaldataacademy@gmail.com from your registered email address with your full name and registered email, the order ID / payment reference, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 (two) working days.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment source/method used at the time of purchase (e.g., the same card, UPI, or bank account). The time for the amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellations
- Before access/delivery: if a purchase is cancelled before the digital product is accessed/delivered, a full refund will be issued.
- Subscription/recurring (if applicable): you may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current active period.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately at practicaldataacademy@gmail.com. Verified duplicate/failed-transaction charges will be refunded in full to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
