These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, online courses, and software applications operated under the brand PDA – Practical Data Academy ("PDA", "we", "us", "our") by Deepu Corporation, a sole proprietorship registered under the MSME/Udyam scheme, Government of India.

By accessing or using our Services, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• "Services" — our website, courses, learning content, and software applications.
• "Content" — all videos, text, code, assignments, materials, and software made available through the Services.
• "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Course & Application Access (Licence)

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased Content for your own learning. This licence is for individual use only.

4. Intellectual Property

All Content — including course videos, written material, assignments, software source code, applications, designs, logos, and the "PDA" brand — is the exclusive property of Deepu Corporation or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You must not:

• Copy, record, download (except where expressly permitted), screen-capture, reproduce, or redistribute any Content;
• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly display your account or the Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software/applications;
• Use the Content to build a competing product or service.

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may attract legal action.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We may revise pricing at any time; changes do not affect courses already purchased.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, uploading malicious code, infringing others' rights, or violating any applicable law.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Our Content is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including employment, certification recognition, income, or results. Your success depends on your own effort and factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepu Corporation (a sole proprietorship), its proprietor, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepu Corporation and its proprietor from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you violate these Terms, infringe our intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
